Stephen Meredith and his son were moving a steel beam in the family’s yard on 12th August 2020 when the beam dropped and landed on top of Stephen.  He sustained multiple broken bones, a punctured lung and was in a coma for 11 days after the accident.  Stephen received his rehabilitation care at Musgrave Park Hospital.

The County Armagh Royal Arch Purple has kindly donated £1,500 in recognition of the treatment and care Stephen received.

MITRE would like to thank the County Armagh Royal Arch Purple for their very kind donation.  It is much appreciated.
